Form is Temporary, Class is Permanent

We all have those moments. Those moments that bring us down. Our passes aren't connecting. We cannot dribble a ball without losing it. Shots are going out for throw ins. It happens to everyone. It is truly demoralizing to be going through this after investing so much work into ourselves. Unfortunately, this is a part of the journey.

It happens at all levels including the professionals. We know what we are capable of doing and have had success many of times throughout our career. Even those, "how did I just pull that off" moments. Your hard work is still built up inside of you. You are just going through a dip in form. It is only temporary though, if you stay positive. If you embrace the drop instead of going negative, this experience will only make you stronger. If you go negative, then that drop will now be your new base. It can be extremely frustrating. Especially during our "Bambi phase" where we are getting used to our new bodies.

Having a strong mentality makes this process enjoyable. We know that we have to push a bit harder and focus a bit more. Learn from these moments to allow growth in our overall development. Take those loses early on or even when we are on a high. Once we are through it, there is an incredible feeling of accomplishment. If you are in this moment, be patient, you got this. Your Form is Temporary, your Class is Permanent
