One of my favorite motivational moments from Eric Thomas...
"You've got to ask yourself what's your why. What motivates you? What pushes you? What drives you? If that thing is internal. If nobody has to call you. If nobody has to bribe you. If nobody has to reward you. If nobody has to give you anything. If you are self-motivated and self-regulated you can have it. You can be it. You can do it. What if you're not the only one that wants what you want? What if there are thousands of other people who want what you want? You have to outwork them you gotta get up earlier. You gotta stay up later. You've got to execute and you've got to go from 70% to 120%.
The most successful people in the world are the most successful people in the world because they have clarity on what they want. The less people know what they want, the more destructive their lives are. The more depressed they are. The more a person knows what they want, the more relentless they are. How are you going to be relentless. If you don't know what you want, how are you going to be relentless? When you don't know what the goal of the target is, how do you want to live? Stop just waking up like it is an accident.
You need to know your why and my why wakes me up every single morning. You can write everything down. If you want to be brave enough, write every one of your goals down. At the end of every principle is a promise. If you say no to your dreams, you might be pushing your dreams back a whole six months. That one single day that you didn't get up could have pushed your goals back."
