Refunds will be issued if the clinics have not been run to completion. There is a Cov-19 refund policy that will be activated if the facility is shutdown or the program is unable to continue.
Other refunds will only be issued if a player decides to no longer particpate prior to the start of week number 2.If the facility will be shutdown due to weather, there will be make up dates announced for the program.
